By using this website and submitting a booking request at Apu Garden Lodge, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or submit booking requests.

Requests submitted through this site are not automatically a confirmed booking: they are subject to confirmation by our team via email or WhatsApp, based on the actual availability of the requested room type.

If the chosen room type has no availability for the requested dates, the request is placed on a waitlist and we'll reach out as soon as a room becomes available.

Rates are shown in Peruvian soles (S/) and US dollars (US$) per night, depending on the room type. Payment is made directly at the hotel — this site does not process online payments or store card details.

Check-in is from 11:00 am onward and check-out is by 10:00 am. We're flexible — if you need a different time, just coordinate it with our team based on your itinerary.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in. After that window, or in case of a no-show, the full stay is charged.

The content on this site (text, photographs, design) belongs to Apu Garden Lodge or is used with the corresponding authorization. It may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

Apu Garden Lodge is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website, for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, or for errors in the information shown that are corrected promptly once identified.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or enforcement is subject to the courts of Cusco, Peru.
